Before You Start

AuthorityActive common or contract carrier authority is required. Broker-only authority requires approval before onboarding can continue.

SafetySafety rating must be satisfactory, none, or otherwise accepted by carrier vetting.

InsuranceMinimum $1,000,000 auto liability and $100,000 cargo coverage. Certificate of Insurance must come from the producer or be verified.

DocumentsW-9, Letter of Authority, Certificate of Insurance, signed carrier agreement, and NOA or payment information are required.

VerificationThe DOT-registered email must receive a verification code when available. Exceptions require manual review.
